Requesting Account or Data Deletion

Whether you're cleaning up your digital footprint or just want to remove specific information from our systems, we've got your back. Here’s everything you need to know if you’d like to delete

Want to Delete Your Entire Account?

If you’d like to permanently delete your beCreatives account, simply reach out to our support team.

Here’s what happens once you submit a request:

  • We’ll confirm your identity (just to be safe).

  • Once confirmed, we’ll begin the process of:

    • Deleting your data from our CRM (HubSpot).

    • Removing payment-related data from Stripe.

    • Creating a ticket for our IT team to delete your info from:

      • Our internal workspace system (Space).

      • Our backend database.

Please note: Full account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once completed, all content, files, and history will be removed from our systems.

🕒 How long does it take? Up to 30 days from the date of confirmation.


 

Want to Delete Your Data (But Keep Your Account)?

We get it - sometimes you want a fresh start or need certain data removed without losing your access.

No problem - just contact our support team and let us know what you'd like to remove. The process is similar:

  • We’ll confirm what specific data you'd like deleted.

  • Then, we’ll:

    • Remove the requested data from HubSpot and Stripe.

    • Open a ticket for our IT team to erase data from Space and our backend systems.

Your account stays active, and you'll still have access to the platform — minus the data you wanted removed.

How to Submit Your Request

The easiest way? Just contact our support team with the subject line “Account/Data Deletion Request.”

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Email associated with your beCreatives account

  • A quick note on whether you'd like to delete your entire account or just specific data

Our team will get back to you within 1–3 business days to start the process.
