Can I pause my subscription?

We get it—business isn’t always predictable. Sometimes you’re in full content mode, and other times you need to slow things down for a bit. That’s exactly why we offer the option to pause your beCreatives subscription.

Here’s the important part 👇

  • Only Quarterly or Annual plan subscribers are eligible for pauses
  • You can pause your subscription for a minimum of 7 days and up to 30 days at a time
  • Your billing cycle continues as normal, but you’ll only pay for the time your subscription is active
  • Any paused time is applied as credit toward your next billing cycle


In simple terms:

You’re not losing time—you’re just shifting it.


⚠️ IMPORTANT:

1. Pauses need to be formally requested at least 1 day in advance. 

2. We do not retroactively offer refunds or credit for unused time.

3. Monthly plan subscribers are not eligible to request pauses. Please contact your Account Manager or the Support team — We are here to support you in any way we can.

As a valued client of beCreatives, we trust you to make the most of our services. It is your responsibility to utilize our platform and services after payment, ensuring a seamless and productive experience for both you and our team.


Want to Pause for Longer Than 30 Days?

If you:

  • Don’t know when you’ll be back
  • Want to pause for more than 30 days
  • Prefer not to be charged at all on your next billing date

Then cancelling your subscription may be the better option. This will stop all future charges—but keep in mind:

  • You may be assigned a new editor when you return. 
  • Your previous workflow may need a quick reset

Alternatively, you can contact the team via email at support@becreatives.co . Our team will reply as soon as possible confirming that the pause has been scheduled, and the corresponding credit has been added to your account.
