I marked all outcomes as "Complete". Why do my multiple-outcome requests remain under "Ready for review"?
Multi-outcome requests can only be completed by your editor or by beCreatives admins, as opposed to single-outcome requests, which can be marked as "Complete" by you, and they move over automatically.
The reason why multiple outcome orders stay open is because you can request additional outcomes, and then the editor can add them there. If the order is automatically marked as "Complete", no further comments or changes to the order can be made by any of the parties.
In this case, if you’re 100% sure you won’t be needing any extra outcomes or changes, you have two options:
- Leave a comment for your editor saying that they can go ahead and Complete the request.
- Drop a quick message via the Support chat button, located at the bottom right corner of our very own Space platform, or via email at support@becreatives.co . Our kind Support team will be happy to quickly complete those requests for you.
In any case, all "Ready for Review" requests will move over automatically after 1 month of inactivity.
