Converting a Single Request into a Multi-Outcome Request

As an editor, you can now convert a single request into a multi-outcome request even after editing has started.

Editors can now convert a single request into a multi-outcome request even after editing has started.

When You Can Transform a Request

A single request can be transformed into a multi-outcome request when it is in either of these statuses:

  • Queued

  • Editing

When You Can't Transform a Request

A request cannot be transformed while it is in the Ready for Review status.


Workaround

If the request is already in Ready for Review, follow these steps:

  1. Move the request back to Editing.
  2. Transform the request into a Multi-Outcome Request.
  3. Continue working as needed.


Best Practice

  • ✅ Transform the request as soon as you know multiple outcomes are needed.
  • ✅ If the request is already in Editing, you can still convert it without any issues.
  • ✅ If the request is in Ready for Review, simply move it back to Editing before transforming it.
  • ❌ Don't try to transform a request while it remains in Ready for Review—the option won't be available.
