Streamline Your Video Requests with beCreatives Templates
At beCreatives, we’re always looking for ways to make your experience faster, easier, and more efficient. That’s why we’re excited to introduce a new way to submit your video requests: Templates. With this feature, you’ll save time and ensure that your editor understands exactly what you need for your project.
Here’s how it works:
Starting a New Request
When you click on New Request, a window will appear with two options:
Create with Template
Start from Scratch
If you choose Create with Template, you’ll be able to select from three distinct templates:
Reel
Ad
Podcast
Template Features
Each template is designed with specific video styles in mind. Once you select a template, you’ll see additional information that provides more details about the type of video you’re requesting. This includes:
Video Size: The dimensions of your video (e.g., 1080x1920 for vertical videos).
Duration: The typical length of videos using this template.
Estimated Delivery Time: How quickly you can expect your video to be ready.
Platforms: The platforms where your video can be uploaded (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Finalizing Your Request
After reviewing the details of the template, click on Use This Template to access the dashboard where you can finalize your video request. From there, you can add any additional details to ensure your video meets your expectations.
