You can submit your orders using your Order Form. You can find a link to your order form by clicking on the base description (informational circle) near your brand name in Airtable:
Once you open your order form, you will see all the fields that need to be filled.
Video Title: Name your request to start the process.
Example: How to make videos EASY
What type of video are you looking for? Select your main content type.
Example: Talking Head
Main Video Size: Select an aspect ratio for your main video.
Example: 16x9 (Youtube/ Vlog/ Ad)
Resize My Video: Select aspect ratios if you want your video to be resized.
Example: 4x5 (Facebook/ Instagram/ Ads), 9x16 (Stories/ IGTV/ TikTok/ Reels/ YT Shorts)
P.S. If you select 1x1 Video Quote (Repurposing Content), you will also have to add up to 25 words for the quote text
Do you need a Thumbnail? Select if you need thumbnails for your videos.
Example: Yes
Thumbnail Size (will not appear if you select “No” previously)
Example: 16x9 (Youtube/ Vlog/ Ad), 4x5 (Facebook/ Instagram/ Ads), 9x16 (Stories/ IGTV/ TikTok/ Reels/ YT Shorts)
P.S. You will also have to attach an Image that you want to be used in the thumbnail. Otherwise, your editor will capture a still from your video. You will also need to include Thumbnail Text exactly as you would like it to appear in your thumbnail.
Subtitles: Select if you need subtitles on your video
Example: “Yes, burned in captions”, “Yes, separate .srt file for Youtube”
Progress Bar: Should we add a progress bar / timer in your video? (This will not appear for content types that do not use progress bars)
Example: Yes
End Card: Should we add an End Card in your Youtube video? (This will only appear for Youtube and Podcast content types)
Example: Yes
Call To Action (CTA): What type of CTA should be included by the end of your video?
Example: Download my free ebook at www.yourwebsite.com/ebook
Final Video Length: Indicate preferred video length
Example: Up to 3 minutes
Media Footage: Share an URL to the main raw video footage you want to be edited or drop files to the Google Drive folder we created for you and share a link below.
Media Footage Time Stamps: Please indicate which parts of the raw video footage you want to be included in the final edit.

Notes: Give an overview of what you’d like your editor to create, then assign specific tasks.
Example: “Not a lot of cutaways here. We just need a standard thumbnail, very similar to what the first video was with Luke Javersack. Lower third his name initially. Incorporate the standard time stamps on the screen at the appropriate times and include photos from Google docs when called for. Title Card at the end and follow Luke etc. Grab the thumbnail from the video. The current one attached is an example from the first one and how I would like this one to look.”

To submit a request, click on the "Create request" button in the top left of your screen:
Fill out all the information in the request form. Select the video type, title and resolutions that you need.
Select the brand that your video will be made for and upload all the footage and assets that the editor will need. You can upload everything to Space or just add a link to your cloud storage, like Google Drive or Dropbox.
PRO TIP #1: Send us a compressed file (like .zip or .rar), so that the download process is smoother and faster.
If you need a specific runtime, set the length that you want your video to be. Write the description of what you want or attach a script. Add timestamps from the footage if you have a specific idea in mind.
PRO TIP #2: Adding footage timestamps will greatly improve the turnaround times.
Select the type of subtitles that you want and check if you need a progress bar or an end card.
Add examples from your previous videos, the web or our video gallery, of what the video should look like, or just the feel that you want to capture, if needed. If you're adding a few examples, you can specify the features from each example that you've liked.
Select the Priority of the video and click submit and your request will be automatically sent to the editor or save it as a draft for future use.
