Yes and no.

We usually can not send you xml files or project files due to copyright issues. This is because we can not provide you with any stock assets alone, only the final product - video. However, if you do not need us to use any stock videos, audio, animations, presets, templates or if you provide us with your own stock, we can send you the .xml or project files because there will be no stock included in it.

Also, xml files most of the time will not work great with advanced effects, presets, transitions, etc. That means that the xml file might not have the same playback as the original project.
