Using Google Drive (recommended)

When you sign up for any subscription, we will create a Google Drive folder for you along with the workspace. This Google Drive folder is secure, only accessible to you and beCreatives team members.

In this Google Drive folder you will be able to upload your footage, brand files, see your edited videos and templates. You can always find your Google Drive folder if you press on the base description (Informational circle) near your brand name in Airtable:

You can always upload your footage to your Google Drive folder, create new folders for different orders and share the link of the footage when submitting an order, so we know which files you want to have included.

Using other file sharing platforms

That being said, you do not necessarily need to use Google Drive to send us your footage. Any file sharing platform that lets us download your footage works, such as Frame.io, DropBox, OneDrive, Box, iCloud, etc.

You can also give us the links to your videos at YouTube, Vimeo, TikTok, Facebook. Make sure these videos are public and not in a secret/private group. If these are public, your editor will be able to download them using a third party software.
