Onboarding emails will not only show you, but also explain all the processes, workflow, different subscription plans and add-ons when working with us.
When you subscribe to our services, you will be automatically getting onboarding emails to the email that you purchased with. If you have not received any onboarding emails, it's probably due to one of these issues:
Our emails went to your "Promotions" bin, hence why you didn't see them
Check your "Promotions" bin when checking your email and if you find our onboarding emails there, drag it to a "Primary" inbox so you would receive them there later on.
You entered a wrong email when purchasing or you use another email
If you entered a wrong email when purchasing or you are currently using another email, just contact us so we can manually add your email to the subscriber list.
