We are excited to unveil our latest feature, beREPURPOSED, which is now part of our AI Assistant project. This innovative tool allows you to easily create engaging short clips from your existing videos. Follow the steps below to get started!
How to Access beREPURPOSED
Navigate to the AI Assistant Menu
On the left side of your screen, click on AI Assistant.
Select beREPURPOSED from the menu.
Choosing Your Path
Once you're in the beREPURPOSED section, you have two options:
Option 1: Select from Videos
Here, you will see a list of videos that meet specific criteria:
Videos must be at least 4 minutes long.
They should be in the Completed section.
An editor must have added a script to the video.
Option 2: Upload
If you don’t have any videos listed, click on Upload.
You can upload a video directly by:
Adding a title.
Attaching a link to the video.
This will create a request for your editor to manually generate clips for repurposing.
Working with Your Selected Videos
If you chose Select from Videos and have videos available, follow these steps:
Select Your Video
Click on the video you want to repurpose.
Generate Clips
After selecting your video, click the Generate button.
Wait a few seconds while our AI system processes your request.
Preview and Select Clips
The AI will generate clips for you to preview.
If you like a clip, click the + button to select it.
Submit Your Request
Once you have selected the clips you want, click the Submit Request button.
This will automatically create a Multiple Outcome Request in the Space platform under the Queued section.
Letting the Editor Choose
If you are not satisfied with the AI-generated shorts, you can opt to let the editor choose instead:
Simply click on the Let the Editor Choose option. This allows your editor the freedom to select the best clips for you.
