New in Space: The New Complexity Field

We've added a new Complexity field to the request form to help you better define your project from the start

By selecting whether your request is Simple, Moderate, or Complex, you can set clearer expectations before editing begins and help us better understand the scope of your project.

What changed?

A new required field called Complexity has been added to the Information section of the Create Request form. Because it's required, you'll need to select a complexity level before submitting your request.

What do the options mean?

When choosing a complexity level, you'll see helpful descriptions within the form to guide your selection. You will be asked to choose one of these three options:

Don't worry if you're unsure which option to choose—the descriptions in the form are there to help you make the best selection. Plus, you need additional guidance, simply hover over the information tooltip to learn more. Look out for the (❓) icon next to the word Complexity:

Why we're asking for this

Every video project is different. Adding a Complexity level helps you communicate the overall scope of your request upfront, making it easier to describe the type of edit you're looking for before your project gets underway.
