How to update your payment method

Need to use a different card for your next payment? You can update your payment method anytime directly from your beCreatives account.

Here's how to do it:
  1. Log in to your beCreatives account.
  2. Go to the Company section of your profile.
  3. Click Manage Subscription.
  4. Click the Pencil button located right next to your current payment method information

  5. Click Add payment method and enter the new card details, then click Update.

  6. After adding your new card, you'll see the option to delete any older cards you no longer want saved.

IMPORTANT: Once your payment method is updated, you authorize us to use your preferred card in all future subscription payments.
