What happens when I complete my request?

Once a request is approved you can watch and download everything in it for 90 days. 30 days after approval the request moves to Archived — it stays open, you can still watch and download, and the request shows the exact date its files will be deleted.

On day 90 the footage and the videos we delivered are deleted and cannot be brought back, so please download anything you want to keep before that date. Please feel free to read more about our file retention policy right here.

⚠️ Please also take into account that completed requests cannot be re-edited, so make sure you complete them only when you are fully satisfied with the end result.

If you completed a request by mistake and you realize that you need to request more changes, please Duplicate the request by finding it on the "Completed" tab and clicking on the "Copy" button. This will create a separate Draft request, which you'll be able to edit and add a comment describing the extra changes you want made.
