What the Production Coordinator Does
Your Production Coordinator manages the operations of your editing requests, including:
1. Queue & Workflow Management
- Organizes and prioritizes your editing tasks
- Ensures your queue is always moving smoothly
- Balances urgent vs. non-urgent requests
2. Communication & Updates
- Serves as your main point of contact
- Provides updates on request progress
- Clarifies requirements and ensures editors have what they need
3. Request Review & Quality Coordination
- Reviews submissions for clarity
- Ensures assets are provided correctly
- Works with editors to resolve issues
- Collaborates with the Creative Director for quality alignment
4. Problem Solving & Escalations
- Identifies blocking issues early
