7-Day Free Trial – No Charges Upfront

When you sign up, you get a 7-day free trial at no cost. During this period, you can explore our services, submit video requests, and experience pro-level video editing—all without charges.

At the end of your 7-day trial, your subscription will automatically continue, and your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial expires.

Returning Clients – Free Trial Eligibility

  • Free trials are limited to one per user, company, and payment method.
  • If you have previously used our services and sign up again with the same payment method, the free trial will not apply. Your subscription will start immediately, and standard billing rates will apply.

:warning:  Important: We do not offer refunds once a subscription payment has been processed.

How to Cancel Before Being Charged

If you decide that beCreatives isn’t the right fit, you can cancel at any time during your trial to avoid charges. :hammer_and_wrench:  Here’s how to cancel:

  1. Log into your beCreatives Space account.
  2. Click on your profile icon (top-right corner) → Company ProfileManage Subscription.
  3. Follow the prompts to submit a cancellation request.
  4. Your trial will remain active until the 7th day, but you won’t be charged.

:envelope_with_arrow:  Once you cancel, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive one, please reach out to support.


What Happens to Your Files After Cancellation?

  • Free trial users:
    If you cancel before your trial ends, your files will not be saved after cancellation. Please download any edited videos before submitting your cancellation request.

  • Paid subscribers:
    If you cancel after your trial converts to a paid subscription, we will store your edited videos for 3 months before permanently deleting them.

⚠️ If you return after canceling, we cannot guarantee the same editor will be assigned to your account.


Accidental Charges & Refund Policy

If your trial converts to a paid subscription and you believe it was an error, please contact our support team within 24 hours.

:pushpin: Refunds are only considered if no editing requests were submitted after your trial ended. After 24 hours or if an editing request was made, we do not provide refunds.
