Archived requests
Archived is where approved requests go while their files are still available but counting down to deletion.
How a request gets there
A request moves to Archived automatically 30 days after it is approved. You do not need to do anything, and nothing is taken away at that point.
Archived also holds requests you deleted yourself, and outcomes you removed from a multi-outcome request. A request you delete is not taken away — it moves here, where you can still see its brief, versions and comments.
What you can still do
You can open an archived request, watch the videos and download them, exactly as before. The brief, the messages and the revision history are all still there.
Each archived request shows the date its files will be deleted. That date does not move.
What you cannot do
An archived request cannot be re-opened and cannot be re-edited. If you need more work on it, open it and use the Duplicate button to re-submit the request. That creates a new draft with the same brief, which you can edit and submit.
What happens on the date
The footage you uploaded and the videos we delivered are deleted. The request stays in your account with its brief, messages and history, marked with the date its files were removed.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Deleted files cannot be brought back, by you or by our support team. Please download anything you want to keep before the date on the request.
