Slack Invitation for Plan Holders

Clients who have purchased a Pro plan with beCreatives can receive an invitation to join our Slack workspace, allowing them to communicate directly with their video editor. This real-time communication platform ensures that clients can provide immediate feedback, share ideas, and ask questions, making the editing process smoother and more efficient.

Duration of Slack Access

  • Standard Account: If you have a standard Slack account, the Slack invitation, once accepted, will be valid for 90 days. After this period, access to the Slack channel will be discontinued unless you upgrade to a premium account.

  • Premium Account: If you have a premium Slack account, you will be able to remain in the Slack channel beyond the 90-day period, ensuring ongoing and uninterrupted communication with your video editor.

Alternative Option

  • Client-Owned Channels: If you prefer, you can invite your beCreatives video editor to your own Slack workspace. Since we maintain a premium Slack account, our editors can join your channel and collaborate with you for as long as needed, without any time limitations.

How to Get Started

  1. Receive Invitation: Upon purchasing a Pro subscription plan, you will receive an email invitation to join our beCreatives Slack workspace.

  2. Accept Invitation: Follow the instructions in the email to accept the invitation and join the workspace.

  3. Start Collaborating: Once inside the workspace, you can start communicating with your video editor, share files, and receive updates in real-time.
