Important: Downgrades at Renewal
Please note that all downgrades will take effect at the time of your next subscription renewal, not immediately. This ensures that you get full value from your current plan, without any interruptions to your creative workflow.
How to Request a Downgrade
Go to the "Company" Section: You can request a downgrade through the Space platform by navigating to the "Company" tab.
Choose Your New Plan: The downgrade will be scheduled for your next renewal date. You can downgrade to the same plan type (monthly, quarterly, or annual). For other plans or custom solutions, reach out to our support team.
Contact Support: If you need assistance or have specific requests, feel free to reach out to our support team via Space or our website.
What to Expect
When you request a downgrade, we ensure that everything runs smoothly. Your current plan will remain active until the renewal date, at which point your new, downgraded plan will take effect. Any remaining credits will continue to be applied to your new plan.
