At beCreatives, we are committed to providing high-quality video editing services. However, we understand that situations may arise where you might need to request a refund. Our refund policy is designed to be clear and transparent, ensuring our clients have peace of mind when using our services.
14-Day Refund Period
If you are not satisfied with services provided, you may request a refund if you cancel your subscription within 14 days of the initial sign-up date. 14-day Customer Satisfaction period applies only to fully paid monthly, quarterly, and annual subscriptions. After this 14-day window, we will not issue refunds.
From time to time, we may refuse a refund request if, at our sole discretion, we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior. Promotions, upgrades, add-ons, and adjustments to existing plans are non-refundable.
The client is responsible for utilizing the services of beCreatives after payment. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service, downgrades, or unused time.
Please note that if you choose to upgrade or downgrade your subscription within the first 14 days, your 14-day satisfaction guarantee will not reset. This means that the original guarantee period remains in effect regardless of any changes made to your subscription plan during that time.
Note: If you took advantage of the 14-day Customer Satisfaction period and received a refund, beCreatives owns the rights to any work created during that time, and it may not be used for any purposes.
Satisfaction Guarantee
To qualify for a a satisfaction guarantee and receive a refund, you must:

Provide us with clear direction during the editing process;

Provide feedback to your editor during the editing process.
Subscription Cancellation
beCreatives services are recurring subscriptions with no long-term contracts required. This allows you to cancel your subscription or adjust your plans at any time. These changes will be applied at the end of your current billing/subscription period.
If you no longer need your subscription, you may cancel your account before your next renewal period to prevent auto-renewal. Your account will remain active for the rest of your billing period and you can still make the most of your remaining subscription time by submitting requests until then.
Important: If you did not submit a cancellation, your subscription(s) will auto-renew.
