I completed a video a while ago and want to access it again, but it's not available on Space anymore. What can I do?
As per beCreatives' company policy, videos remain available on the Space platform only within the 3 months following their completion. After those 3 months, the final version of the video is archived, and you will no longer be able to view or download it.

Did not download a video in time? No worries, not all is lost! If you need access to your video, simply visit the corresponding request page and click on the Unarchive button:
The unarchiving process will then start, and your video will become available on the platform again after 24 hours:
⚠️ Please make sure to download your video as soon as possible, as it will be archived again after a few days!
‼️ All previous versions of the video will be permanently deleted after those initial 3 months, and only the final version will be archived and can be recovered through our unarchiving process.
