Subscription Start and 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Upon purchasing your subscription, your journey with beCreatives begins immediately: You can start placing new requests as soon as you subscribe! Our onboarding process (which includes matching you with your Editor and Account Manager) can take up to 24 hours, so we appreciate your patience. Please rest assured that we are committed to your satisfaction from day one.
You should know that we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee, available for all new clients who subscribe to any of our service plans: If you’re not satisfied with the service within the first 14 days of your subscription, you can request cancellation and a full refund.
The first 14 days are crucial for your editor to learn your preferred video style, so detailed feedback is highly beneficial. You can provide feedback during the review phase on our platform.
The general idea is for you to request as many re-edits as you need to tweak the first video to perfection, and your editor will be more than happy to comply. After the first couple of videos, once your style and preferences have been established, you can expect videos to follow our turnaround time estimates much more closely. The idea is to build momentum, and the more familiarized your editor gets with your editing needs, you’ll be able to reach a video delivery schedule that works for both parties, and needing less and less re-edits.
Cancellation Made Easy
Should the need arise to cancel your subscription, we've streamlined the process for your convenience. Simply navigate to our Space platform and contact our Support team, who will ask you to fill out a very short cancellation form to finalize the process. Your cancellation will then take effect at the end of your current billing period, ensuring you have continued access until that time.
Important: If you do not expressly request a cancellation, your subscription(s) will renew automatically.
