How do I cancel my subscription?

To make sure it’s really you (and not a sneaky imposter :wink:), just log into Space to submit a quick cancellation form.

Things to keep in mind before cancelling

If you decide to cancel your subscription, there are some things to keep in mind:

  • Your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period;

  • You will lose access to most features in our Space request platform when cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period;

  • You will lose all discounts associated with your subscription;

  • You are not guaranteed to get assigned the same editor if you decide to re-subscribe in the future;

  • Your final invoice will be processed when cancellation is confirmed—no surprises.
  • We’ll hold onto your edited videos for three months after your subscription ends. However, we highly recommend downloading all your files during the grace period before your subscription is officially canceled since you won't be able to log-in after that. How long do you keep my files?

How to Cancel (Step-by-Step)

1. Log into Space

2.Click the round button (top right) → "Company" → "Manage Subscription"

3. Submit the short cancellation form
4. That’s it! You’ll keep access until your billing period ends.



 

From there, you will be able to contact our Support team, who will kindly provide a short Cancellation Form. Please answer the few simple questions contained in the form: You'll be providing valuable insights and suggestions about your experience with beCreatives. We would greatly value your detailed feedback, as it will assist us in continuously enhancing our services.

Once you complete the form, your cancellation will be finalized. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

Withdrawing your cancellation request

If you decide to keep your subscription before the end of your billing period, please contact Support via the in-platform chat button at the bottom right corner of our Space platform, or via email at support@becreatives.co and the team will be happy to help you re-activate your account.
