Here's a step-by-step guide on how to submit video editing requests within our platform
Step-By-Step Instructions:
Before you start, you should know that our platform has a strong focus on Brands. Before you submit a request, please check if you have selected the Brand for which you wish to create the video, at the very top right of the page:
NOTE: This applies to users with more than 1 Brand. Otherwise, it will default to the Brand you created at signup.
1. To place your request, go to your Dashboard and click START > CREATE REQUEST. You can also just click the REQUEST EDIT button:

2. From there, you can choose one of two options: If you select "Ready Video Style", you'll have some amazing templates to choose from. However, if you need custom editing, please select the "Custom Video Style" option:

3. Fill out all the information in the request form. You will first be asked to Upload Your Media directly or provide a link to it from a cloud storage service, like Google Drive or Dropbox.PRO TIP #1: Send us a compressed file (like .zip or .rar), so that the download process is smoother and faster.
4. You will then be required to add a Request Name, select the Video Type (Talking Head, Youtube, Podcast, Reel, etc.), and choose the Priority for the video: Low, Medium, High or Critical priority. That way, if you have multiple videos pending, your editor will know what to work on first.
5. After that, select the Main Video Size and any re-sizes that you may need, and choose the Total length of the video if you need it to have a specific runtime.
🤓 OPTIONAL: Select the type of music and subtitles/captions, if any, that you will want us to include in your video.
6. Scroll down and find the Details section, where you'll be able to provide clear instructions for your editor. You can even include timestamps for the footage if you have a script or a clear idea in mind for specific sections. Please inform your editor in this section if you will need a progress bar, an end card or any other specific elements.
PRO TIP #2: Adding footage timestamps will greatly improve your video turnaround times.
7. If needed, add links to Examples, which can be videos from your past content, or inspiration from other creators and/or from our video gallery. This will be very helpful to illustrate what the video should look like, or the feel that you want to capture. If you include multiple links, you can even specify the elements that you like from each video and that you wish to incorporate into yours.
8. Multiple-Outcomes: Toggle this option if you would like to generate various versions of your video for diverse needs. For example, different cuts or re-sizes out of the same raw footage. Please feel free to read more about Multiple-Outcome Requests right here.
9. Click SUBMIT and your request will be automatically sent to your editor, or SAVE AS A DRAFT for future use.
All done! Now you can sit back, relax and wait for your editor to make some magic! 💫
